Free shipping for Italy, Europe, U.S. and Canada for purchases over €100,00.
For orders below €100,00 we offer the following shipping rates:
- Italy and Europe €9,99
- Canada and U.S. €17,99
For Australia and Japan we offer a flat rate charge of €24,99 for any order amount.
1. Delivery Time
Typically, all the orders are processed and shipped by the following business day.
Standard recorded delivery within Europe and to USA typically takes between 5-7 working days.
International delivery to other destinations will vary and can take up to 15 working days for delivery.
2. Non-Delivered Orders
Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged the shipping cost of the order amount and/or pay additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.
3. Freight Damage
Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it leaves us. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as "Damaged Packages" before signing. Make all claims directly with the carrier. We will make sure all damaged articles are replaced in an expedient.
4. Important Note: Custom Charges
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These additional charges must be borne by you and we have no control over them. Since customs vary country to country we are unable to advise of the charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
5. Return or exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item with the original invoice to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. By law, when buying at a distance you are allowed 14 days from receipt of goods in which to change your mind. This may be because you made an impulse buy or simply chose the wrong item. It is not a "try before you buy period". All sealed items should be returned unopened and fit for sale as new. If they are not, a charge may be made at the manager’s discretion for loss of resalable value. Postage cost is non-refundable. You are responsible for your own shipping cost to send products back. You should make sure you use a postal service that can prove we have taken delivery. Some products are non-returnable; these are clearly marked stated in the product description.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
If the Item you are returning is for a refund, then please be aware that refunds can take up to 30 days from us receiving the products back.
